As I write this the preparations for the remaining Sundays in Advent are wrapping up as is the Christmas Eve worship service. You will find a variety of articles and the upcoming events in 2018 (oops) 2019.
More significantly, as I think about beginning this New Year with you, I cannot help but let you know how blessed I have felt to be your Interim Pastor over the past 9 months as I witness you birthing something new within this talented and dedicated congregation. 2019 promises many new and wonderful things for First Christian Church.
New Year reflections also give us the opportunity to give thanks for the past year. You may not realize it, but every one of you brings something unique and special to this community of faith. Thank you for all that you do.
